Hello, I'm Janelle. My transformative journey began in 2022 when my miracle child was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This pivotal experience inspired me to create KIN Academy, a homeschool enrichment program that not only accommodates diverse learning styles but also actively celebrates them. With over six years as a wellness educator, I firmly believe in the importance of these formative years for teaching mindfulness, emotional regulation, and tools for self-confidence and self-worth. At KIN Academy, we take a hands-on approach, embodying lessons through action-oriented methods—be it creative projects, experiments, or physical movement. Our curriculum incorporates science, music, art, and physical education as integral pathways for understanding oneself and building meaningful relationships.
KIN Academy's mission is to fuel a love of creative learning, allowing for individual expression and self-discovery. We aim to cultivate self-confidence and mindfulness in an inclusive and empowering setting.
